- Elizabeth is extremelyknowledgeable about the amazing variety of products. She keeps me updated regularly . No small task! They carry ceramic, glass, porcelain, concrete, wood and leather!! This is just for starters. She has a great style and gentle welcoming presence.
- Ann Sacks has very inviting showrooms. They are always innovating the way in which they display and keep up to date. It is always a pleasure to visit and see what is the latest and greatest. They are owned by Kohler which gives them a diversity of product...from plumbing to bath accessories to complement there latest tiles/stone product lines.

- The entire Ann Sacks staff is extremely dedicated. The sales representatives, showroom managers and the corporate staff, all share the vision of the President, Ted Chappell : to bring the client, a world of unsurpassed artistry, craftsmanship and quality.
- Elizabeth is a great problem-solver...with questions about care and maintenance of my beautiful glass tiles, she was always quick to respond and find a solution. Her desk, at a recent Ann Sacks visit has become "global-centric".! She has recently completed projects throughout the USA, Russia, Puerto Rico and of course the new locale (hopefully with McMillen) is yet to be revealed!!
